DeWayne S., another AU graduate, earned an immediate promotion within his Newark-based company upon earning his DBA. In order to attain a position as a business executive or a church Pastor-just to name two potential career paths-an MBA or MA in theology is often required. Some companies and congregations will not even consider applicants unless they have a Master degree. This month's featured Associate degree: A.S. in Telecommunications.
