Frequently Asked Questions
>> What are the payment plan terms for a dual degree?
We will only accept the payment plan for one degree. Your second degree -- usually offered at a discount -- must be paid in full.
>> What pay methods can I use and still take advantage of this finance offer?
Pay by American Express, Master Card, Visa, or Discover.
>> Do I have to remember to submit my $100.00 payment each month?
No. We will automatically bill your credit card.
>> Can I change the credit card for the monthly payments?
Sure. Simply advise us at least five business days before your next
installment payment of the new credit card you wish to use.
>> When will my
laser engraved plaque arrive?
After the final payment is
made we will ship your laser engraved plaque.
>> What if I
want a RUSH order?
A rush order means we will ship your documents the SECOND business day after your order is placed (if placed by 10:00am U.S. Eastern Standard Time). Simply add $59.00 to your initial payment to have your order rushed.
>> Can you bill me or contact me before each payment is due?
We will automatically bill your credit card for your initial payment. You will receive a 6-day advance notification (by e-mail) before the automatic billing. We will also contact you after we have obtained authorization to debt your credit card.
>> What if you try to bill me for an installment payment and my credit card gets declined?
We will make several attempts to bill you using whatever credit card you have on file. If we are unable to obtain payment after 15 days, we will attempt to contact you for instructions or to rearrange financing. Failure to enable us to obtain monthly installment payments could make you eligible for prosecution and revocation of the degree.
